How we deliver your pieces anywhere in Morocco, and how to return them if they are not right for you.

01Delivery areas
We deliver to every city in Morocco. International delivery is not available yet.
02Times and prices
Standard delivery in 2 to 4 working days, 35 MAD, free from 399 MAD. Express delivery within 24 to 48 h in Casablanca and Rabat, 49 MAD. Orders placed before 2 pm are prepared the same day.
03Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you receive a tracking link by email and SMS. The courier contacts you before arriving.
04Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to return an unworn piece with its labels. Returns are free within Morocco.
05Refunds
Refunds are made to the original payment method, through Stripe, within 5 to 7 days of receiving and checking the return.
06Exchanges
To change size or colour, request an exchange from your account or on WhatsApp, subject to availability.
