Terms and conditions of sale

These terms govern sales made on the ÖRA website, in accordance with Moroccan law 31-08 on consumer protection.

01Purpose
They set out the rights and obligations of [Company name] and of any customer placing an order on the site.
02Orders
An order is final once payment is accepted. A confirmation email lists the pieces, price and delivery method.
03Prices
Prices are shown in Moroccan dirhams (MAD), all taxes included. Delivery costs are shown before payment.
04Payment
Payment is made online by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, through Stripe’s secure platform. The order ships once payment is accepted.
05Delivery
Times and prices are detailed on the Delivery and returns page. Any significant delay is notified by email.
06Withdrawal and returns
You have 14 days from delivery to return an unworn piece. Refunds are made within 5 to 7 days of receipt.
07Governing law
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any action.
